Cancelations, returns, and refunds depend on the type of product or service Airigami is providing. Please see below for specifics.

Cancelation of deliveries and other made-to-order items from the online shop

Cancelation more than three days in advance of a scheduled delivery is eligible for a refund, less a 10% administration fee, or a full credit for use in the Airigami shop. Refunds are not possible for cancellation within three days of delivery. Exceptions may be made in extreme circumstances at Airigami's discretion.

Returns of packaged items from the shop

For items purchased in error, or if you’ve changed your mind about an item, we will refund your order only if shipped back to us at your expense, unopened, in original, sellable condition. Upon receipt of your return, it will be inspected and, if in original, sellable condition, refunded, minus our original shipping cost and a 10% restocking fee.

If your order is damaged in shipping, we will work with you and the shipping carrier to ensure the issue is resolved to your satisfaction.

Orders fulfilled incorrectly may be returned for a full refund or replacement at Airigami's expense provided the product to be replaced is unopened, in original, sellable condition. Upon receipt of your return, it will be inspected and, if in original, sellable condition, refunded or replaced.

In all cases, you are responsible for contacting Airigami prior to returning items. Airigami is not responsible for replacing or refunding items without advance authorization.

Custom bespoke projects

Terms for refunds, cancelations, and rescheduling on custom balloon sculptures, balloon decor, presentations, and other special projects are outlined in contracts for those projects. Contract terms always supersede the general refund policy outlined here.
