Airigami Balloon Adventure update

The Airigami Balloon Adventure in the Sibley Building this winter will be every bit as grand as the projects we’ve done in the Sibley atrium the last couple of years. Plans are coming together for the five-story extravaganza. We’ve pretty much finalized the elements we’ll be including in this year’s installation, and as in past years, our good friend Rob Rogalski has helped prepare a rendering of what we expect the final piece to look like.

A huge thank you to everyone that backed us on Indiegogo. The Indiegogo campaign has come to an end, but if you missed it, it’s still possible to support the project (and we’d really appreciate additional support to continue doing this free event for the community). Please visit AirigamiAdventure.com and click the top link in the menu labelled “Support the Project”. If you’d like your business to be a sponsor of the project, please contact us for more information.

If you’re interested in being on the crew, being immersed in balloons for four days, learning about doing large public art projects with balloons, and just hanging out with some of the coolest folks on the planet, you can register through the Airigami shop.
