PRICING
Please note that prices appearing here are valid for products purchased online only. Prices appearing here are subject to change without notice and are subject to product availability. We reserve the right to correct pricing and description misprints. 

Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items on our Web site may be mispriced. As part of our shipping procedures, we verify price before an item is shipped out.

• If an item's correct price is lower than our stated price, we will credit you or refund the difference and ship you the item.
• If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price we will cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation via email.

GIFT CERTIFICATES
All GiftCards, e–GiftCards and other gift certificates are deemed purchased in and issued from the State of New York. The risk of loss and title to such items pass to the purchaser upon our electronic transmission to the recipient or delivery to the carrier, whichever is applicable.

COLORS
We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colors of the products shown on this website. However, because the colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

RETURNS & GUARANTEES
Airigami assures the quality of its products and your satisfaction. If you wish to return a product for replacement or refund, please notify us immediately by phone (585) 359-8695 or email sales@airigami.com and specify the reason for return. There will be a 15% re-stocking fee on credit card orders. Then return the unused item(s) in original condition within 7 days of receipt to the following address:

SHIPPING & HANDLING
Orders are processed on weekdays only, and usually ship within 2 days (up to 7 days depending on stock). All online orders are shipped in the most cost effective manner, unless specifically requested otherwise. Additional shipping fees may apply for custom shipping requests. Please indicate custom requests in the notes field of your order.

Upon shipment you will be emailed a tracking number.  Airigami is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you do not recieve shipping confirmation within 7 days of your order, please report to us via email sales@airigami.com or phone call (585) 359-8695.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Please contact us directly for International shipping charges. Airigami is not responsible for additional taxes or customs for foreign shipping and handling. 

SALES TAX
NY Residents are subject to an 8% NY Sales Tax.

POLICIES
Customer must be 18 years or older to purchase from Airigami.com. By placing an order with Airigami.com, you acknowledge and agree that you are 18 years or older and legally capable of entering into contracts.
